Thunbergia mysorensis
This is an ornamental plant. The word, 'Thunbergia is given after the name of Swedish botanist Thunberg. The species name, 'mysorensis' is based on the name of the place, Mysore (Karnataka, India).
Like other species of Thunbergia, this plant is also used as antibacterial, anthelmintic etc. in folklore. Still researches are needed.
